Equip and Empower operates globally with offices in Sydney and Los Angeles. Equip & Empower helps to train church leaders, fight injustice and see multiplied thousands come to Christ every year. In 2008, Equip & Empower took on a new initiative to fight the injustice of Human Trafficking through The A21 Campaign. With an office and shelter soon established in Greece, The A21 Campaign was able to begin helping rescued victims that same year. In this document Equip and Empower Ministries and The A21 Campaign are referred to as E&E.

While E&E strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, E&E has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, E&E may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We aim to keep our prices stable, but please be aware that costs of freight, delivery, insurance and various expenses may be beyond our control and therefore are subject to change. In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be re-shipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resalable condition. While EQUIP AND EMPOWER uses quality packaging and delivery services, we are not responsible for damage in transit that is deemed, at our discretion, to be beyond our control. EQUIP AND EMPOWER does not accept exchanges, however we will process a refund for new, unworn item. Should you want to return your item to receive a refund, the item must be returned within 2 weeks of it’s delivery date. Once the resource has arrived, EQUIP AND EMPOWER will process a refund for the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
